What to put in the message

Six lines, and we can quote properly.

• Item name or SKU — for example PS-POL-09 for the carbon poles, PS-PCK-04 for the 28L day pack.
• Quantity — one piece or twenty. Quantity changes the freight class and the mill date.
• Colour — slate, olive, forest, charcoal, rust or black, as listed on the item page.
• Destination country and postcode — duties, brokerage and courier options depend on it.
• Date you need it in hand — an expedition date or a trip date. We will tell you if it cannot be met.
• Sizing — pack torso length in centimetres or inches, jacket size, or the pole length you want. For poles we will convert your height for you if you send it.

Wholesale, press and complaints take different doors.

1. W

   Wholesale & guide services

   Shops, guiding desks and rental fleets: send your list, your country and your season. Mixed shells, packs and poles from twenty pieces get a freight class and a dated production slot. We will confirm fabric availability before you plan a season around it.

2. P

   Press & photography

   Ask for the fact sheet: fabric mill, denier, hydrostatic head, seam construction, pole tip and ferrule specification, weights in grams. We supply studio and field frames on request and we do not ask for a review or a link in return.

3. C

   Complaints

   Email the same address with Complaint and your order number in the subject. We acknowledge within two working days and give a written answer within ten. If the answer does not settle it, resend with ESCALATION in the subject and it goes to the account holder, not back into the queue.

How a sale is actually made

This site is an inquiry showcase, not a checkout.

There is no cart, no payment gateway and no card form here. Nothing is charged in a browser. We confirm stock, freight and lead time in writing, issue a formal invoice in US dollars, and only then do you pay by the method stated on that invoice. A contract exists when we send our written confirmation and you accept the invoice, not when a page is submitted. The full sequence sits in our terms.
