If a piece needs to come back.
Write to trail@peakslope.com within 14 days of delivery. Wait for an authorisation before you ship.
We cannot take
Mud, rain-soaked liners, cut webbing, fuel in a stove.
Broken in transit
Photograph the carton and the piece the day it arrives. We replace or refund the damaged item.
Ask first
Email us the SKU and photos if the piece is marked. Do not post it back until we send a return number.
Pack and ship
Send to UNIT 11, 16/F, FO TAN INDUSTRIAL CENTRE, 26-28 AU PUI WAN STREET, FO TAN, N.T., HONG KONG. Change of mind: you pay return freight. Faulty goods: we pay.
Refund
After inspection, usually within 10 working days, back to the original payment method.
